About Nexscene

Nexscene is an event planning and production company based in Tokyo and working across Japan. We support international brands, agencies, Japanese businesses and organizations with event production, exhibitions, on-site operations and visual content.

From objectives, budgets and schedules to venues, suppliers, build, staffing, technical management, on-site delivery and content production, one point of contact keeps the project moving. Work with us on a complete production or start with a focused service such as multilingual coordination, staffing or photography and film.

For cross-border projects, we translate international teams' requirements into practical plans that work with Japan's venue rules, supplier processes and on-site conditions. We coordinate and deliver in Chinese, Japanese and English.
